At Exploring York, we offer guided tours of the magnificent York Minster as an additional package to your city walking tour.

As York’s most acclaimed historical site, the Minster is an unforgettable experience for all visitors to the city. Escorting you through areas including the Chapter House, East window and central tower, your guide will enthrall you with the sacred secrets of the Minster, whilst explaining the historical importance of this majestic building in the city.

You must also pay a per person entrance fee to York Minster (see yorkminster.org for current prices)

For groups over 10 you need to book with the Minster direct and let us know what time you have booked for.

For less than 10 people, there is no need to book and you can pay the entrance fee on the door.
